At Premium Pantry, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.
In-Store Purchases: Bring your receipt and the item(s) to our store within 30 days.
Online/Delivery Orders: Contact us within 30 days to arrange a return or pickup.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Non-perishable items in original, unopened packaging
- ✓Damaged or defective items (with photo evidence)
- ✓Wrong items delivered
- ✓Items that don't match the description
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods) unless defective
- ✗Opened food items (for health and safety reasons)
- ✗Items without original packaging or receipt
- ✗Special order or custom items

Please have your order number and reason for return ready.
Get Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
Return the Item
In-Store: Bring the item and your receipt to our store.
Delivery Orders: We'll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Full Refund: Items returned in original condition within 30 days receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Defective Items: Full refund plus return shipping costs (if applicable).
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or greater value.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

- •Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- •We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
