Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-16

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of premiumpantrybahamas.com (the "Site") and any products or services ordered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Premium Pantry Bahamas, located in Nassau, The Bahamas. You can reach us at info@premiumpantrybahamas.com or +1 (242) 424-0215.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Some products (including alcohol, where applicable) require a valid proof of age on delivery.

Products, availability, and pricing

We aim to describe products and display prices accurately, but errors may occur. Prices are in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse orders, or cancel orders if an item is unavailable or mispriced; any affected payment will be refunded.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase products. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider (Scotia Bank / Fiserv). Any failed payment means no order has been placed.

Delivery and pickup

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (weather, carrier issues, etc.). Pickup orders must be collected within the window shown on your order confirmation.

Returns and refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Site, attempt to circumvent security, scrape data, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bahamian law, Premium Pantry Bahamas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nassau.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
